Travel to Tuscany—no passport required! Cook alongside Chef Alain as he guides you step by step through homemade ravioli and a dreamy tiramisu in this interactive virtual class. Perfect for date nights, friends, or anyone craving a taste of Italy at home.

All classes are listed in Pacific Time Zone. After registration, you will receive a link to the Zoom session we will use. Our cooking classes require a minimum of 4 participants to run.

By purchasing one spot, you are allowed one device to connect to the class, but you can have as many people in the kitchen as you’d like!


Ingredients & Preparation


Have your ingredients pre-measured and prepped before the class for a more seamless experience.
If you do not have certain ingredients, our chefs will do their best to suggest substitutions.

Ravioli & Tiramisu
Serves 2

Ravioli Dough

  • 200 grams (approximately 1 2/3 cups) 00 flour or all-purpose flour

  • 2 eggs

Ravioli Filling

  • 100 grams (approx. 1/2 cup) mascarpone cheese

  • 50 grams (approx. 1/2 cup) of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, grated, plus extra for topping

  • Rosemary, fresh or dried

  • Parsley, fresh or dried

Butter & Sage Sauce

  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • Fresh sage leaves

  • Garlic cloves

  • Salt & pepper

Tiramisu

  • 2 eggs, room temperature

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 210 grams (approx. 1 cup) mascarpone

  • Savoiardi Biscuits or Ladyfingers

  • Plain black coffee, unsweetened

  • Cocoa powder, unsweetened

Equipment

Certain commonly used kitchen tools are not listed here such as cutlery, dishes, etc. Any additional equipment is listed here.

Ravioli

  • Medium or large pot for pasta

  • Large saute pan for sauce

  • Mixing bowl for filling

  • Rolling pin for pasta

  • Cutting board & knife
