All classes are listed in Pacific Time Zone. After registration, you will receive a link to the Zoom session we will use. Our cooking classes require a minimum of 4 participants to run.
By purchasing one spot, you are allowed one device to connect to the class, but you can have as many people in the kitchen as you’d like!

Ravioli & Tiramisu
Serves 2
Ravioli Dough
200 grams (approximately 1 2/3 cups) 00 flour or all-purpose flour
2 eggs
Ravioli Filling
100 grams (approx. 1/2 cup) mascarpone cheese
50 grams (approx. 1/2 cup) of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, grated, plus extra for topping
Rosemary, fresh or dried
Parsley, fresh or dried
Butter & Sage Sauce
4 tablespoons butter
Fresh sage leaves
Garlic cloves
Salt & pepper
Tiramisu
2 eggs, room temperature
2 tablespoons sugar
210 grams (approx. 1 cup) mascarpone
Savoiardi Biscuits or Ladyfingers
Plain black coffee, unsweetened
Cocoa powder, unsweetened
