Event Itinerary

Day One

Barn B&B

Guests arrive in Walla Walla in the afternoon (either by car or the Walla Walla or Pasco airport) and will be escorted by their private guide and driver to The Barn B&B, a boutique B&B nestled in Walla Walla’s countryside.

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by owners, Anand and Naina, who have connected us with many of the wineries we are partnering with on this experience and who are happy to share recommendations

From here, the journey begins with a private transfer to one of our first Walla Walla wine visits at Devison Vineyard, where guests will be met by owners, Kelsey and Peter, who are making some of the best wines in the state. While sipping on a handful of wines and snacking on charcuterie bites, we’ll learn about the wines and what makes them unique.

The driver and guide will then sweep guests away to Walla Walla’s award-winning downtown where guests will have an hour to explore on their own, maybe fit in a wine tasting, and get ideas of where they’d like to visit during the larger amount of free time on day 3.

Dinner reservations will be made in advance by TTLT at Saffron Mediterranean Kitchen, one of the “best restaurants in Washington State”, according to Lonely Planet. Guests will have dinner on their own and transportation will be available to take them back to Barn B&B.

Day Two

After enjoying an internationally-themed breakfast made by Naina at Barn B&B, start the day with a tasting at Valdemar Estate. Known for their Spanish heritage and head winemaker, Devyani Gupta, who is recognized by the Seattle Times for “guiding the future of Washington’s wine industry”.

This experience will be followed by a farm visit to Frog Hollow Farm just a couple of minutes away. Guests will enjoy a tour of the farm, farm lunch, and time to explore the shop.

The driver will take guests back to Barn B&B where they will have time to relax, enjoy the pool, and freshen up before dinner at Bar Bacetto in nearby Waitsburg, WA, recognized by NY Times as one of “America’s Best Restaurants” in 2023.

Day Three

After another memorable breakfast at the B&B, guests will be transported to Walla Walla’s unique “incubator” airport district to meet with up-and-coming winemakers at Prospice as well as Smak wineries just steps away from each other.

Changing the pace, lunch will be on your own and guests have the option to enjoy some of the best Mexican food in the area (and there is stiff competition) at a local favorite Mexican food truck, Agapas, at Quirk Brewing Co., also located in the airport district. The driver is ready whenever the travelers are to take people downtown for 2 hours of free time for tasting, shopping, and self-guided exploration.

Alternatively, guests can head straight into downtown after visiting Prospice and Smak and decide on their lunch spot downtown. The driver is ready to make that trip whenever they are. TTLT will provide a list of recommended tasting rooms, cafes, and shops. The driver is ready to take people back to Barn B&B whenever they are ready.

The final night in Walla Walla will transcend the wineries and tourist spots, offering travelers an insider experience available only upon special request. Guests will be transported to the residence and studio of Chef Robin Leventhal (of Top Chef) for a unique evening of hands-on creating and eating. First, we’ll meet in her pottery studio, where guests will craft pasta bowls (to be received at a later date) then, they will join Chef Robin in making and savoring fresh pasta, culminating in an unforgettable final dinner that beautifully concludes their time in Walla Walla.

Day Four

Enjoy one last breakfast at Barn B&B and depart at your leisure. Transportation to the airport (Pasco or Walla Walla) will be provided.
