About Marie: Marie is a French pastry chef living in the beautiful South of France. She embarked on a mission to elevate her pastry skills in Paris by venturing into beekeeping, gardening, wild gathering, fermentation, and volunteering. Despite the city of lights being a culinary haven, her insatiable love for trying out and discovering desserts from diverse cultures remains irresistible!

Marie is passionate about making French baking accessible to everyone guiding us every step of the way — reminding us it’s not as scary or intimidating as we might think!
