Pasta Carbonara
Serves 2
Pasta Dough
200 grams (approximately 1 2/3 cups) 00 flour or all-purpose flour
2 eggs
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Carbonara Sauce
200 grams (7 ounces) smoked pork belly or bacon, diced
1 garlic clove, whole
Butter
2 eggs
100 grams (1 cup) of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese or aged Pecorino cheese, grated
