About Elena: With a background as a professional musician, Elena found her true passion in the world of food. She is a passionate home chef from the vibrant city of Valencia in Spain where she grew up around the table with her family. When she’s not teaching virtual cooking classes with TTLT, she spends her days cooking at a children’s shelter in the city.
