Pasta Carbonara
Serves 2

Pasta Dough

  • 200 grams (approximately 1 2/3 cups) 00 flour or all-purpose flour

  • 2 eggs

  • Salt

  • Extra virgin olive oil

Carbonara Sauce

  • 200 grams (7 ounces) smoked pork belly or bacon, diced

  • 1 garlic clove, whole

  • Butter 

  • 2 eggs 

  • 100 grams (1 cup) of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese or aged Pecorino cheese, grated
