Strawberry Tiramisu
Makes 4 servings
Tiramisu sauce:
50 milliliters (1/4 cup) water
100 grams (1/2 cup or 3.5 ounces) strawberries
25 grams (1/8 cup) sugar
Optional* 1 teaspoon rum
Tiramisu layers:
2 eggs
250 grams (1 cup) mascarpone
50 grams (1/4 cup) of sugar
250 grams (2 1/2 cups or 9 ounces) Savoiardi biscuits (or Ladyfingers)
300 grams (1 1/2 cup or 10.5 ounces) strawberries
Equipment
Mixing bowls
Pan for layering tiramisu
Spatula or mixing spoon
