Join Marika and her brother, Emanuele, from their home high above Positano to learn how to make pizza at home. It’s a very easy recipe so it’s great for kids and the whole family!
Please be mindful of the time of the class you sign up for and your own time zone. After registration, you will receive a link to the Zoom online meeting session we will use.
Ingredients & Preparation
Have your ingredients pre-measured and prepped before the class for a more seamless experience. 
If you do not have certain ingredients, our chefs will do their best to suggest substitutions.
Pizza 
1 pie 
Pizza Dough
- 1 kilogram (8 cups flour) - 00 preferred (can be purchased here) 
- 15 g (1 3/4 tablespoons) of instant yeast/rapid rise yeast is best (such as this one), or active dry yeast 
- 3 teaspoons olive oil 
- 20 grams (3 1/3 teaspoons) salt 
- 600 grams (2 1/2) cups warm water 
Pizza Toppings
- Tomato sauce (can be purchased here) 
- Mozzarella cheese (can be purchased here) 
- Any other toppings you’d like - you may want to pre-cook vegetables before using them as toppings 
Equipment
Certain commonly used kitchen tools are not listed here such as cutlery, dishes, mixing bowls, pots, and pans. Any additional equipment is listed here.
- Mixing bowls 
- Parchment paper 
- Baking sheets 
- Rolling pin 
General Steps
- Prepare the dough. 
- Prepare the fillings.
