If your destination is not listed, please contact us. We can either provide support or put you in contact with a partner who specializes in your destination.

First, we’ll schedule a 15-minute discovery call to learn about your trip goals and see if we’re a good fit.

Second, we’ll have a longer call to get more into the details. Then we start planning based on what YOU need and want built into your trip itinerary. We’ll send you a rough outline of our recommendations for how many days to stay in each location and once that’s approved we’ll start to build out each day with our top restaurants, activities, sites, and hotels.

We’ll keep working on your trip details until you feel confident and your private trip matches your goals and interests. We’ll handle bookings, reservations, and transportation arrangements leading up to your trip.

We’ll check in before your trip and afterward to make sure everything goes smoothly!

In comparison to your friend who went to Italy once, we continually visit hotels, restaurants, tours, etc. We update and modify our recommendations based on what's current, and relevant, and what has maintained our idea of the insider experience. Take advantage of this knowledge for your own trip.

Although it may take time to craft a personalized itinerary for you or put together a few recommendations and pricing for accommodations, this is something we do day in and day out. Once we understand your style, we’re quick to research and build recommendations tailored to your expressed preferences. If you're looking for something in the countryside, with nearby hiking trails and a phenomenal restaurant onsite, we know the perfect place for you that we’ve already carefully vetted. This spares you hours of research on the internet looking at different regions and trying to narrow it down.

Travel Coaching is perfect if you are looking for personalized recommendations from a destination expert and want to travel confidently on your own. But you want to manage bookings and trip logistics on your own. You can read more about Travel Coaching.

Private Trips builds on Travel Consulting by including bookings and transportation arrangements. We will build out a personalized itinerary full of quality experiences based on your interests and preferences, handle all bookings from experiences to hotels, and arrange all travel. By letting us handle trip logistics, you don’t need to spend time building your own trip.

The initial consultation is $450 and includes up to 3 hours of consulting, itinerary building, follow-up, booking time, customer service, etc. For any additional time needed, it costs $150 per hour. (rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes)

We will book on your behalf through our suppliers - generally a 5-20% discount off retail pricing.
