About Domenico & Maria: Domenico, whose family has lived on the island of Capri as far back as he can trace, is our favorite Capri tour guide who shows us around on our Heart of Italy Tour. His wife Maria also works in tourism, as do most of the residents on the small island. Domenico & Maria share their family recipes — specifically Nonna Maria’s (Maria’s namesake and grandmother) recipes — that highlight the traditional cuisine of the island.

You're in for a treat! In this class Domenico and Maria will teach you how to make a delicious lemon cake using a family recipe passed down from Maria's grandmother. With just a few simple ingredients, you will have a heavenly lemon dessert.
