If your destination is not listed, please contact us. We can either provide support or put you in contact with a partner who specializes in your destination.

First, we’ll schedule a no-strings-attached, 15-minute discovery call to learn about your trip goals and see if we’re a good fit.

After that, our tailor-made travel process is broken down into five different phases:

Phase One: Design - We'll kick things off by sending you a questionnaire, followed by a one-hour consultation call with an Experience Designer. We want to get to know YOU! These will shape the blueprint for crafting your Concept Itinerary.

Phase Two: Itinerary Development - We'll draft and send your Concept Itinerary. This high-level plan ensures that we've captured the essence of your trip, included any must-haves, and presented a broader idea before developing the finer details. We’ll get your feedback and build out your Daily Itinerary. Your Daily Itinerary will include: each day broken down with specific recommended experiences, and links for booking if you are doing that on your own.

Phase Three: Planning - Now, we'll provide quotes for everything outlined in your Detailed Itinerary, from experiences and hotels to transportation and more. Through our suppliers, we can typically secure a 5-25% discount off retail pricing. Our pricing structure is straightforward: we charge at our cost from the supplier, plus a 5% administrative fee, and our hourly billable rate. Invoices are payable by check or wire transfer only.

Phase Four: Booking - You can sit back and relax and we'll take care of securing everything you've approved.

Phase Five: Preparation and Travel - Your trip of a lifetime is here! We’re just a phone call away if you need any assistance. Your itinerary is ready to go and we’ve included helpful resources to make sure you’re prepared for your trip.

In comparison to your friend who went to [insert destination here] once, we continually visit hotels, restaurants, tours, etc at the destinations that we specialize in. We update and modify our recommendations based on what's current, and relevant, and what has maintained our idea of the insider experience. Take advantage of this knowledge for your own trip.

You’ll chat with a Destination Expert who will take the time to understand your travel style, goals, and interests because understanding YOU is the most important part of the process. During our time together, we’ll take your travel ideas and transform them into a trip that is constructed to maximize your experience and highlight what you’re really looking for.

For example, a friend may recommend visiting a specific city in your destination but after hearing about what you like to do and the types of experiences you’re looking for, we might suggest a different city that is a better fit for you. This is YOUR trip of a lifetime, not a copy and paste from your friend’s trip.

Once we understand your style, we’re quick to research and build recommendations tailored to your expressed preferences. If you're looking for something in the countryside, with nearby hiking trails and a phenomenal restaurant on site, we know the perfect place for you that we’ve already carefully vetted. This spares you hours of research on the internet looking at different regions and trying to narrow it down.

The initial consultation is $450 and includes up to 3 hours of consulting, itinerary building, follow-up, booking time, customer service, etc. For any additional time needed, it costs $150 per hour. (rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes)

If you want, we will book on your behalf through our suppliers - generally a 5-20% discount off retail pricing.
